Indonesian Agricultural Exports · Est. Indonesia
Single-origin ingredients, sourced directly from farming families and prepared close to origin — for importers who buy on quality, not on price alone.
We don't trade anonymous commodity. We send what we would keep for ourselves — sourced, cured and packed at origin, by the families who grew it.
01 — Who we are
No brokers. No anonymous commodity warehouses. No unnecessary middlemen.
Every shipment is sourced, inspected, packed and prepared close to origin before it leaves Indonesia. We know the farms, the harvest windows and the people — and we stand behind what arrives in your warehouse.
02 — Why Indonesia
Seventeen thousand islands strung along the equator, built on volcanic soil and washed by two oceans — one of the most biodiverse agricultural regions in the world, and the reason our ingredients carry a depth blended commodity never will.
Volcanic soil
Mineral-rich earth that concentrates flavour and character.
Equatorial climate
Slow, even maturation — the edge of exceptional.
Traditional farming
Hand-pollination and generational knowledge.
Biodiversity
Heirloom varieties, flavour not bred out for yield.
Harvest quality
Picked at true ripeness by the people who grew it.
03 — The harvest
Flagship · East Java
Hand-pollinated Planifolia, slow-cured over months to develop deep, creamy aromatics. The heart of our House of Vanilla collection.
Sulawesi
Slow-fermented in wooden boxes, sun-dried and cracked. Bright, fruit-forward and unroasted — for makers who start from the bean.
West Java
Pungent, high-oleoresin red ginger — whole sun-dried rhizomes or finely milled powder, to food and pharmaceutical specification.

Our signature collection
A dedicated collection of premium Indonesian vanilla — crafted for chefs, makers, gifting and refined everyday use.
From vanilla orchid to hand-graded pod, every stage is done slowly and at origin. It is Aus Java at its most considered.
04 — How we source
Known farms, not spot markets
We buy from families and cooperatives we have relationships with — the same origins, season after season.
Selected at harvest
Picked at true ripeness and hand-selected for size, colour and condition before it moves.
Prepared at origin
Fermenting, drying, sorting and packing happen close to the farm — so quality is locked in early.
05 — Quality control
Inspection
Visual and physical grading on arrival — size, colour, defects, foreign matter.
Moisture testing
Verified moisture content for shelf-life and to meet import specification.
Fermentation
Controlled fermentation for cacao and vanilla — monitored, not left to chance.
Drying
Slow, even drying to protect aromatics and prevent mould in transit.
Sorting
Hand-sorted and graded to a consistent, agreed standard per shipment.
Laboratory testing
Independent lab analysis available on request for food-safety compliance.
Packing
Vacuum, food-grade liners and cartons chosen to protect the product to port.
Container prep
Loading, dunnage and desiccant checked for a clean, dry ocean crossing.
